At Nordic Naturals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items with all original tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
